Klaus acquires EJ Global Services and EJ Global Inc.

December 1, 2009 ... Klaus Enterprises Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has purchased the assets and business of EJ Global Inc. and EJ Global Services located in Calgary, AB.  These businesses will be operated through a new subsidiary company named Klaus Global Inc.

These businesses have provided industry with solutions for the supply, service and repair of rotating equipment and associated components, including the packaging of complete systems since May, 2004.

The Calgary location is equipped as a full repair facility and machine shop, with high precision machinery ranging from large horizontal and vertical boring mills to hollow spindle lathes, milling machines and drill presses.    The machining and repair capabilities at this location significantly enhance the services that Klaus can now offer.

With a team of 10 experienced trades people in the field of machining and pump and compressor repairs, Klaus Global can provide superior quality workmanship at the best possible price.  The Calgary location provides convenient access for our customers in southern Alberta.

Klaus Global  will continue to distribute the high quality product lines established by EJ Global , including pumps and compressors made by Rietschle – Gardner Denver, expansion joints and steel braided hoses by Northflex Manufacturing, and pumps from American Turbine throughout Western Canada.
